Build, share, and shine with Agentforce. Win an Apple Watch Ultra* and inspire the builders who come next.
The Agentforce In Action Challenge is your stage to showcase the most innovative Agentforce solutions you've built, from concept demos to real-world implementations. Record a 5-minute video walking through your unique use case, highlight the problem solved, and share it with your network. All qualifying entries will earn an exclusive Agent Codey T-shirt while supplies last. Plus, the top two submissions each month win an Apple Watch Ultra.
1. Showcase an Agentforce Agent
Create a unique, creative Agentforce agent or bring an existing one to the stage that solves a real problem - automate a workflow, transform a customer experience, or prototype something entirely new.
2. Record a 5-minute video
Show off your agent in action. Walk through what it does, the problem it solves, how you built or configured it, and the impact it can have.
3. Share it
Post your video on LinkedIn with #AgentforceInAction and tag @Trailhead. Make sure your post is set to public so we can see your submission!
4. Submit the entry form
Answer a few questions about your agent and complete the official submission form to finalize your contest entry.
*Submissions are accepted on a rolling monthly basis. Each monthly window closes on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM PT.
*See official contest rules for more details.
Open with a voiceover explaining the business problem, target user, and why the use case matters. Make the scenario relatable, practical, and inspiring for others who may want to build something similar. Keep narrating throughout the video to guide the judges.
Demonstrate the agent handling a realistic request from start to finish. Explain what the agent is doing, who it helps, and how it improves the workflow. Silent videos will be disqualified. Strong submissions may show multiple request types or edge cases.
End by explaining the value the agent could deliver, such as time saved, better customer or employee experiences, increased productivity, reduced manual work, or improved decision-making. Outcomes may be real, projected, or hypothetical, as long as they are credible and tied to the use case.
Briefly show how the agent is configured in Agentforce, including the topics, actions, guardrails, and data grounding that support the use case. This should help judges understand how the agent works without making technical complexity the primary focus.
Submissions are evaluated equally across all five criteria, with two winners selected each month.
| Criteria | What We're Looking For |
|---|---|
Relevance of Use Case |
Does the use case address a real-world problem or opportunity that others can relate to? |
Impact & Outcomes |
Does the submission show meaningful value delivered by the agent, whether real results or credible projected outcomes? |
Creativity & Innovation |
Does the submission demonstrate an original, memorable, or inspiring use case that helps others imagine what’s possible with Agentforce? |
Clarity of Explanation |
Is the story clear and easy to follow? Does the presenter effectively explain what the agent does, who it helps, and why it matters? |
Strength of Agent Concept |
Is the agent experience believable, coherent, and well connected to Agentforce capabilities? |
Anyone! Whether you're a Salesforce admin, developer, architect, partner, student — if you've built something with Agentforce, we want to see it.
Any real Agentforce implementation qualifies — from a simple automated workflow to a complex, multi-step agent experience. If it runs on Agentforce and solves a real problem, it's worth submitting.
Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis through October 31, 2026. Winners are selected monthly, so be sure to submit before the end of each month to be considered for that round:
No - a working build in a Sandbox or Developer Edition org is fully acceptable. Just ensure it runs end-to-end during your demo.
No org? No problem!
The easiest option is to sign up for a free Agentforce Developer Edition, which includes Data 360 and Agentforce out of the box. It's yours to keep as long as you log in at least once every 45 days.
If you already have a Salesforce production org, you can also spin up a free Developer Sandbox: go to Setup → Environments → Sandboxes, click New Sandbox, select the Developer type, and you're good to go.
Either way, Sandbox and Developer Edition orgs are fully accepted for this contest!
Not at all.
A clear screen recording with your everyday headset and a live voiceover is perfect. We're looking for useful, inspiring Agentforce use cases that others can learn from or imagine building themselves, not the most polished production quality.
Videos must be 5 minutes or under to ensure fair evaluation by our judging panel. We recommend editing your walkthrough down to the most impactful moments before submitting.
Unfortunately, no.
Agents created as part of a Trailhead badge or guided learning path don't qualify for the #AgentforceInAction contest. We're looking for original, independently built agents — so take what you learned and build something that's uniquely yours!
Yes!
You can submit multiple entries, but please ensure each video clearly addresses all five judging criteria: relevance of use case, creativity and innovation, clarity of explanation, impact and outcomes, and strength of agent concept.
Unfortunately, any submission containing real customer data, personally identifiable information (PII), or proprietary third-party data will be automatically disqualified to protect privacy and comply with data protection regulations.
We recommend using Sandbox or Developer Edition org environments, which are fully acceptable for this contest.
Before submitting, carefully review your entire video to ensure no real customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, account details, or other sensitive information is visible at any point during the demonstration.
In the event that two or more of the submissions receive equal scores under the judging criteria, the judging panel reserves the right to award preference to submission demonstrating the greatest degree of creativity, originality, or innovative use of the Agentforce platform.

This contest is for external practitioners, developers, customers and partners, but we encourage Salesforce employees and contractors to share this with their networks!
